Data protection

As per Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection regulations of the Swiss Confederation (Federal Act on Data Protection, FADP), each individual is entitled to the protection of their privacy, as well as to protection against the misuse of their personal data. We comply with all such data protection regulations. All personal data is handled with the utmost confidentiality, and neither sold nor passed on to third parties.

Working closely with our hosting providers, we ensure, to the best of our ability, that our databases remain protected against unauthorised access, data loss, improper use and falsification.

When a user accesses our websites, the following data is saved in log files: the IP address, date, time, browser request and any general information transmitted regarding the user’s operating system or browser. This usage data forms the basis for anonymous statistical analyses which allow us to identify trends and consequently improve our offers.
